At Ewheel, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your sports gear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Ewheel account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
